United Kingdom, London – April 7, 2014.- SGO announced today that it has invested 4 million euros in Infuser Corp., a Danish company pioneering in the development of advanced pollution control systems for the industrial sector.

The move follows SGO’s plans to provide governments with technology-based solutions to clean the air, and to mitigate the negative effect that air pollution has on the health of urban populations.

“At SGO we are committed to make investments that have profound social impact. Cleaning industrial emissions and tackling pollution in general is one of the areas we plan to focus on”, said Antonio Mugica, CEO and Director of SGO.

From its base and laboratories in the heart of the Copenhagen Science City, Infuser has been at the forefront of air purification. The company, comprised of an international team of scientist, focuses on providing efficient air-cleaning solutions that contribute to sustainability and an improved environment.

“Working in close collaboration with advanced research centers, such as the Center for Atmospheric Research at the University of Copenhagen, will guarantee that the technology we offer is ever more efficient in combating current and future environmental threats,” said Lars Nannerup, CEO of Infuser.

By investing in Infuser Corp., SGO joins the Danish government as investor and shareholder. Antonio Mugica sits now on the board of Infuser to help its management team develop the business.
